Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM (UK time) will be processed the next business day
  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, launches), processing times may be slightly extended
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Europe

  • Delivery Time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number (if available)

You can track your order using the link provided in your email.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Postal carrier delays
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume

P31 Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

P31 Clothing is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Returned packages due to incorrect details

If your order is returned to us, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, P31 Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

However, we will do our best to assist you where possible.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped separately depending on:

  • Warehouse location
  • Order size
